Take your career to the next level and come and join us.**The job**:Quality assurance (QA) testing is the process of **ensuring** that your product is of the **highest** **possible** **quality** for your customers.As a QA analyst, **you will break things**. You break things on purpose so the customer doesn't break them by accident. However, you don’t do that recklessly. QA testing is a methodical process that requires planning, careful execution, and documentation.As part of this role you will **hunt down bugs**, report them, and see that they’re dealt with.**Requirements**:- Manual testing experience 1+ years- Possess good understanding of QA methodologies and processes (ISTQB certification is a plus)- Good command of spoken and written English- Strong attention to details and ability to analyze and organize information- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Test Rail is a plus**Your skills**:- **Communication skills**: confident, articulate and clear - you must be able to present and document the issues, explaining them so other team members understand what they need to do to fix them; - **Critical Thinking**:- you need to think beyond the obvious to find bugs and detect issues. Precision is essential for the role. While it’s impossible to completely guarantee the absence of bugs in a product, you must be able to thoroughly vet the software to spot as many defects as is humanly possible; - **Flexibility** - you need to have the flexibility and willingness to try different methods to test software. Even when testers start with one plan, they might need to pivot at a moment’s notice to accommodate new features and plans; - **Empathy** In order to evaluate the user experience, testers must be able to put themselves in the users’ shoes. You must empathise with the needs of the consumer to fully test the product for usability; - **Time Management** - QA testers have a particularly demanding job: they must assess the product thoroughly without holding up the timeline; - **Strong analytical skills**:- you need to be able to analyse every aspect of a product and system, identifying any potential weaknesses that could impact the overall quality and user’s response to it; - **Collaboration** - QAworks closely with every member of the development team to build a product that is functional, high-performing, and user-friendly.
