An opportunity for a Stress Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).The department is in charge of Airbus Derivatives and Medium and Light Programs (Spain) and Mission Platform Systems (Manching). The team is multicultural and operates in a multidisciplinary environment, as all programs require such a landscape.The jobholder will reinforce our team, participating in the definition and implementation of complex systems in Derivative Programs, with a main focus on the PATMAR Project.TasksThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:
Size structural parts.Develop methodologies and analyses to support the certification/qualification of structures.Create the support documentation required.Required skillsAs a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience in Stress Analysis.High adaptability to work on new topics, open-minded for innovative solutions, and able to work in a network mode.Advanced level in English.Proficiency in NASTRAN, PATRAN, HYPERMESH, CATIA.Benefits as an Airbus employeeAt Airbus, we focus on our employees and their welfare.
