You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, blueprint, and roadmap, ensuring it is fully aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the retail landscape, modern architectures, and a proven ability to drive large-scale transformation. /ppKey Responsibilities - /ppStrategy Governance: /pulliDevelop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture strategy, principles, standards, and reference architectures. /liliCreate and socialize technology roadmaps that support business capabilities and long-term goals. /liliEstablish and govern EA review processes to ensure project and initiative architecture aligns with overall strategy. /liliEvaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Advanced Analytics) for their potential to create competitive advantage in retail. /li /ulpDesign Analysis: /pulliAnalyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy debt, and recommend solutions for improvement. /liliLead the design and modeling of implementation-agnostic future-state architectures for key domains: Applications, Data, and Infrastructure/Cloud. /liliConduct “buy vs. build” analyses for major capabilities, ensuring optimal investment and vendor selection. /liliFocus on integrating core retail systems: ERP, POS, OMS, CRM, Supply Chain Logistics, and E-commerce platforms. /li /ulpStakeholder Engagement Leadership: /pulliCollaborate closely with Leadership and product management to understand strategy and translate it into architectural requirements. /liliProvide guidance and mentorship to solution architects, technical architects, and development teams. /liliLead architecture review to ensure cross-team alignment and knowledge sharing. /liliCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. /li /ulpQualifications Skills /ppEssential: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. /lili12+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect role. /liliProven experience and a strong understanding of retail processes and systems. /liliDemonstrable experience in developing enterprise architecture artifacts: roadmaps, principles, blueprints, and standards. /liliExpertise in multiple architectural domains: Application, Data, Integration, and Cloud (Azure/GCP). /liliStrong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and SOA. /liliExperience with large-scale ERP systems and their integration into a broader ecosystem. /liliExcellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills. /li /ulpAbout Us- /ppLandmark Group /ppOur journey started in 1973 with a single store in Bahrain.
