Job Description
We are looking for an Dental CAD Designer to join our team. This role is suitable for recent graduates or candidates without previous orthodontic experience, as full training is provided. Individuals who already have relevant experience are also welcome to apply and can be requalified through our internal training program.

The Orthodontic Treatment Planner will be responsible for utilizing updated design protocols to support accurate and high‐quality orthodontic case planning.
The Spark Dental CAD Designer will use our specialized orthodontic software, "Design," to create accurate treatment setups that achieve a correct, Class I orthodontic occlusion as prescribed by the Orthodontist. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong proficiency with computer‐based tools and software applications.
Main Tasks
Utilize a custom computer software program in the development and design of the patient's orthodontic treatment as approved by the Orthodontist to achieve class 1 orthodontic occlusion.
Adheres to department documented MCIs, SOPs, and policies and procedures for case design.
Cross‐trained on the "Anatomy" portion of the customized software suite as well as the "Scan Clean" operation.
Adherence to the certified operator training program which ensures quality case designs for the orthodontic customer.
Required to execute cases to accomplish the production and quality goals.
Coordinate manufacturing activities with those of other departments; provide staff assistance to other departments as necessary.
May participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for manufacturing activities; recommend improvements for policies and procedures.
Prepare and present reports as directed.
Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork.
Work OT as required by the business.
This role is office-based: the employee is expected to work on‐site at least 4 days per week.
The position involves receiving and hosting customers on‐site.
Other duties as assigned based on the business needs.
Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience
High School or Bachelor's degree completion.
Certified Dental Assistant (preferred, not required).
Extensive experience with computers (office, internet).
English language level B2+.
Language Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
Ability to speak, and read a foreign language is mandatory: Italian, Spanish and English.
