Senior Manager, Client Success, EMEAThe Senior Manager, Client Success will lead and develop a small, high performing team of Relationship Managers across EMEA, while also owning and growing a portfolio of strategic gold to enterprise level Travel clients in the region.This is a blended people leadership and commercial client success role, adecuado for someone who enjoys combining strategic client ownership with team leadership in a fast paced, high growth environment.This role will focus on retaining and expanding existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities within the current book of business and helping clients maximise the value of their partnership.What You’ll DoLead, coach and support a team of Client Success / Relationship Managers across EMEA, helping them perform at a high level while maintaining strong ownership of their own client portfoliosBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic and enterprise level Travel clientsOwn and grow a portfolio of approximately 10 to 20 strategic client accounts following onboardingDevelop account strategies focused on retention, upsell and long term commercial growthIdentify opportunities to expand relationships within existing client groups and increase overall account valuePartner closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges and growth opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor on payments strategy, offering insight, education and guidance to clientsUse client feedback, commercial insight and data to help shape internal thinking and inform product / business decisionsProvide clients with analytics, reporting and strategic recommendations to support performance and deepen partnershipsPartner with internal teams to support onboarding best practice and improve the broader client experienceLead and manage time sensitive, cross functional initiatives with a strong execution mindsetQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Relationship
