As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Executive Search Consultant to join our team in Barcelona.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn executive search from the ground up in a structured, demanding, and highly formative environment.
You will be trained in research-driven recruitment methodologies and progressively exposed to international mandates, senior profiles, and client interactions.
What you will do
* Support consultants across executive search mandates from research to completion
* Conduct market and company research to identify relevant talent pools
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, databases, and direct sourcing
* Approach and pre-qualify candidates for initial fit and interest
* Conduct first screening interviews with candidates under guidance
* Prepare candidate summaries and support the creation of shortlists
* Contribute to market mapping and competitor analysis
* Support consultants during client briefing calls and meetings (preparation, note-taking, follow-up)
* Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication
* Maintain accurate data in internal CRM systems
* Contribute to ongoing market intelligence and talent insights
