MISSION
Strong omnichannel (Stores & Ecommerce) business partner of the commercial / offer team to secure maximization of revenues and margin optimization.
FUNCTIONS
* Act as a strong omnichannel business partner to the commercial / offer team, ensuring revenue maximization and margin optimization.
* Conduct weekly sales and margin analysis, deep diving into results (sales, margins, discounts, campaigns) with a focus on axis / market / brand. Identify gaps and opportunities, working closely with offer / commercial teams. Present results to the "Comité de Dirección".
* Prepare commercial targets and analyze by point of sales in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
* Forecast and analyze sales, KPIs, and margins by distribution channel (Retail and Web) and within Retail by point of sales to ensure objectives are met at detailed levels.
* Lead the annual setting of commercial conditions, including forecasting, analysis, modeling, follow-up, and reporting of Year-End Rebate programs in close collaboration with European and local offer teams.
* Ensure timely monthly closing tasks and analyze sales and margin performance against budget by channel.
* Analyze and forecast all financial adjustments from commercial sales to financial sales (loyalty cards, services, intra-group transactions, etc.).
* Contribute to automating and optimizing reporting and analysis processes using Excel and BI tools.
* Prepare presentations with financial insights and strategic recommendations.

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years as a controller / financial analyst, preferably in retail companies.
LANGUAGES
English at a very high level. French is a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics. An MBA in Financial Management is preferred.
