Key Responsibilities: Own revenue performance, collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive business growth. Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, social media promotion, sponsorship launches, site feature rollouts. Own all marketing tracking: Google Analytics, Looker Studio. Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones and goals. Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges and obstacles. Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth. Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers that align with the company's objectives. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and platforms. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a marketing leader with a strong track record of success. Experience managing and leading high-performing teams. Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on driving business growth. Experience growing social media channels and engaging audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Strong, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
