HY Solar is an N-type zero-carbon industry chain integrator, and we place great importance on our general Solar Module business. Given this, we are on the lookout for ambitious and confident individuals to join our sales team in European Territory this time. Additionally, we now have deep relationship with Suntech, and our overseas business will primarily operate under the Suntech brand.
Job Duties
- Analyze the market in your territory and develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy;
- Use your own network to develop a company network in the region to source, evaluate and negotiate distributed and utility scale projects;
- Manage key client accounts in the region Standardize and negotiate module sales, with an agreed sales target per year;
- Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, Real Estate companies or any other company that could bring pipeline of projects;
- Set and continually manage proiect forecasts with team members;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business or Economics is better; a Master's degree is preferred;
- Minimum 5+ years experience on solar PV or handling Key clients is preferred;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills of English lanquage;
- Strong understanding of energy systems, including the proper usage of basic modules and conventional installation and interconnection methods;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to explain complex technical topics and systems.
