Job Description Summary
The objective of this role is to actively partner with the business to understand their strategic priorities and work to identify ways that TGS can support and advance those objectives. Primary responsibilities will include:

Main responsibilities will include:
1. Partner with the Integrated Supply Chain leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into roadmaps and priorities.
2. Develop strategies for optimal deployment and adoption of new technology capabilities, services, and solutions across the business and/or the end-customers.
3. Work with other TGS Business Partners and TGS’ Core Areas of Delivery to ensure that solutions are delivered according to, informed by, and integrated with, BD’s enterprise roadmaps.
4. Build knowledge and capability in relevant technologies and processes as well as improvements to existing investments by keeping abreast of industry trends.
5. Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed-upon metrics and supporting analysis.
6. Ensure project and initiative progress, conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction, and manage the work. Provide consistent and effective communication, including managing escalations and avoiding risks.
7. Serve as a continuous connector, focused on partnership and facilitation, operating through the lens of what can be done to simplify and improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic understanding, experience in both business and technology, positive relationship-building skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
In addition, this person should possess:
* Proven experience in a Supply Chain Planning technology function on major ERP/Planning software.
* Experience with Kinaxis implementations on the functional side, including configuration and customization.
* Experience managing and complementing teams working with Kinaxis.
* Ability to estimate effort on requests and advise on different solution options.
* Understanding of architecture and middleware systems.
* Ability to influence and break down organizational silos both within and across organizations.
* Skill in mapping organizational vision with long-term thinking and idea generation.
* Excellent communication skills to simplify complex business and technical challenges.
* Leadership skills to influence stakeholders through written and oral communication.
* Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management tools and phases.
* Highly collaborative work style, effective across organizational levels.
* Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing ambiguity.
* Ability to work with diverse global stakeholders.
* Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.
* Ownership mentality.
* Experience with technical and customer service is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
