2. Budget Management
* Own and manage the marketing budget allocated across the different assigned countries.

* Act as the key conduit between the field and the brands/commercial teams at group level, providing structured and actionable feedback.
* Identify opportunities to adapt brand offerings or messaging based on country-specific insights.
4. Events & Trade Fairs
* Represent the company and its brands at trade fairs, congresses, and professional events in the assigned countries.
* Plan and coordinate group presence at events: logistics, materials, stands, and promotional actions.
* Debrief on event outcomes and translate learnings into next-cycle planning.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Present monthly reports to the CSO covering: actions executed, results obtained, budget invested, and upcoming priorities.
* Define and track KPIs for all marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with Country Managers on local performance reviews.
Experience & Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
