WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience - Around 2 years of experience in IAM systems - Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra) - ITIL knowledge (change & incident management, security, compliance) - Strong scripting skills (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration - Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL) - Knowledge of API and system integrations - Advanced English communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with Scrum and tools like Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence - Plus: Test Automation Skills like Tosca WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM processes - Build audit-ready automation frameworks for identity lifecycle - Maintain and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST API) - Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automation - Own test automation for IAM lifecycle processes - Define and implement automated test cases that deliver compliance evidence - Lead initiatives integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines - Set new standards for efficiency and quality in IAM automation - Regular travel expected, especially during onboarding (team based in Spain)
