About the Role
Join an ambitious international expansion project revolutionizing credit‑rating solutions across Europe. As a Business Development professional, you'll develop new business opportunities and manage sales of rating products to banks and financial institutions.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* Master’s degree (e.g., in Finance, Corporate Banking, Business Development) or an MBA is highly desirable.
* 3–7 years of B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in financial services, banking, risk analysis, or credit‑rating.
* Proven network within European banking/financial institutions is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across Europe’s banking and financial sectors.
* Lead consultative sales processes to close deals with senior decision-makers.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships, anticipating and responding to evolving client needs.
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Credit-Analytics teams to design tailored solutions.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and sector events.
* Fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles.
* Strong analytical aptitude—data-informed decision-making is essential.
* Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and autonomy handling targets.
Preferred Attributes:
* Certifications in credit analysis or financial risk.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
