We are looking for a temporary professional to join our Integral Marcomms HQ team within Marketing Programs, based in Madrid, covering a maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of wholesale marketing campaigns, activations, and client experiences across LOEWE’s worldwide wholesale partners
- Translate seasonal campaigns and product launches into impactful and locally relevant activations tailored to each partner and market
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with LOEWE’s brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and commercial objectives
- Define strategic campaign plans and manage marketing budgets to maximise impact and efficiency across wholesale activities
- Collaborate closely with regional and commercial teams to align on priorities, timelines, and performance objectives
- Drive a consistent and elevated brand presence across all wholesale touchpoints globally
- Partner with LOEWE’s license partners to guide and oversee the execution of marketing and communication plans across licensed categories
- Ensure all licensed marketing activities fully respect brand guidelines, creative direction, and positioning standards
- Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and consistency
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance teams, while maintaining regular alignment with regional marcomms teams worldwide
Qualifications
- Approximately 9 years of relevant experience within fashion or luxury environments
- Strong background in trade marketing, retail marketing, CRM, and project management; experience in PR is also valued
- Previous experience operating at Trade Marketing Manager level or in a similar role
- Proven experience delivering large-scale brand campaigns, activations, and events
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and COMEX-level audiences
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams
- Strategic mindset combined with strong executional skills and attention to detail
- Strong sensitivity to aesthetics, cultural awareness, and interest in craft-driven fashion
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French are a strong advantage
- University degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
