Game Path is working with a major mobile game developer based globally, actively seeking a Senior Art Producer to join their established team on an award winning title.
The role is permanent and hybrid working out of their Sevilla studio.

As Senior Art Producer, you’ll drive the artistic vision and production pipeline for a prestigious and globally recognised IP. Working alongside world-class artists, designers, and producers, you’ll manage art development from concept through launch, ensuring every asset meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of all art production tasks, coordinating 2D, 3D, animation, UI, and technical art teams across multiple locations.
* Collaborate with game directors, art leads, and producers to define project requirements, scope, and milestones, balancing innovative creativity and operational efficiency.
* Monitor team performance and resource allocation, proactively mitigating bottlenecks, and supporting clear communication at all levels.
* Advocate for artistic quality and creative solutions, maintaining the studio’s reputation for excellence in mobile game art.
* Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a collaborative, international, and inclusive studio culture.
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in art production or project management for mobile games (F2P preferred), with a proven track record delivering acclaimed titles.
* Deep expertise in art production pipelines, cross-discipline coordination, and resource planning in global or multilocation teams.
* Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Sheets, or other project management tools.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Passion for mobile gaming, visual arts, and multicultural teamwork.
