WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, technical communication, digital platforms, or similar roles
* Strong ability to translate technical language into clear, simple, user-friendly content
* Experience consolidating information from multiple stakeholders to prepare structured publications
* Hands-on experience with SharePoint (experience with GitHub and/or ServiceNow is a plus)
* Experience in video recording and basic video editing for internal communication purposes
* Strong written English (C1 level or equivalent)
* Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, DevOps, Product, Digital teams)
* Barcelona-based with availability for 1 on-site day per week

* Consolidate information related to internal digital tools from different stakeholders
* Transform technical and operational input into structured, clear, and publish-ready content
* Prepare and publish tool overviews, usage information, and key updates in centralized platforms
* Create short video recordings and visual content to support internal communication and adoption
* Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Digital teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of published content
* Support internal communication of tool updates across Barcelona, Lisboa/Milano, and Bangalore time zones
