Finance Data & FP&A Location: Paterna, Valencia (Spain) – DECCO Post Harvest Department: Finance Reporting Line: Direct: Finance Manager [DECCO Spain] Matrix: Global Finance Manager Role Summary The role is responsible for driving financial performance through effective planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support. The role ensures strong financial discipline across the organization by providing accurate insights into profitability, cost control, working capital, and investment decisions. The position works closely with cross‐functional teams and senior management to support strategic and operational decision‐making. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and manage MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness Prepare investor‐level Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets Perform detailed financial analysis, including trend, variance, and profitability analysis Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks Drive cost control initiatives and support margin improvement actions Monitor inventory levels and working capital performance to optimize cash flow Support performance management, KPI tracking, and management reporting Assist with investment analysis, Capital Expenditure (Capex) evaluations, and business case development Knowledge & Expertise Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and financial insights Advanced Excel skills, including: Financial and business modeling Pivot tables and Power Query Advanced formulas and scenario análisis Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is highly valued.
