Join Schneider Electric’s Digital organization to oversee contract compliance and service delivery with external providers. You will ensure supplier deliverables meet contractual commitments, monitor performance via KPIs, and drive governance around outsourcing in a multinational context. This role sits at the heart of IT service delivery transformation, enabling consistent quality across a multi-supplier environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage changes, and support strategic supplier negotiations. You’ll work in a global, impact-focused culture that prioritizes sustainability and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Analyze and record supplier contract compliance and deliverables
• Administer structured workflow to track contract compliance requests
• Monitor and accept/reject service provider deliverables per contract
• Create and manage a tracker for contract change requests and coordinate forums
• Oversee work requests and authorizations to enforce compliance and cost control
• Store relevant information in Governance Library and align with architecture standards
• Analyze service levels and provide month-on-month performance reporting
• Collaborate with providers and MSI to resolve performance issues and escalate as needed
• Support MSI negotiations for changes to service levels
• Provide aggregated performance results and escalation paths for issues

Responsabilidades
• +5 years in a Service Manager / Service Level Operations or similar role
• Experience in managing providers and monitoring service performance and KPIs
• Project management experience with outsourcing initiatives in multinational xpzdshu settings
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of applications and infrastructure management (IT) is an advantage
• Customer service orientation and ability to align local requirements with corporate standards
