Key Responsibilities 1) Account Growth & Client Success
Drive Expansion Revenue: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter through strategic relationship building and consultative selling
Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-suite relationships, conducting monthly business reviews and positioning as an AI transformation advisor
Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans for 3-5 client portfolios, including quarterly strategic reviews and competitive positioning
2) Project Delivery Excellence
End-to-End Project Leadership: Own complete project lifecycle ensuring delivery of business outcomes while maintaining >4.0 Customer Satisfaction Index
Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead AI engineers, architects, and specialists through project delivery with clear resource allocation and performance optimization
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while implementing measurable success criteria and ROI tracking
