✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles within production environments.
Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.
Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI or similar).
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
Proven experience developing and supporting backend services using Node.Js .
Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, ECS and/or EKS).
Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud security principles .
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace or similar).
Ability to troubleshoot and operate high-availability production systems .
Experience working in Agile environments, ideally in multi-team or scaled setups (e.G. LeSS).
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, international teams .
Fluent English (spoken and written).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native infrastructure on AWS .
Develop and maintain Node.Js backend services and APIs as part of product delivery.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and release processes .
Implement and promote Infrastructure as Code practices with reusable and standardized patterns.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response .
Collaborate closely with development teams to embed DevOps practices and shared ownership .
Improve system performance, scalability, and resilience in production environments .
Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives .
Work in a product-oriented, Agile environment inspired by LeSS, focusing on continuous delivery and customer value.
Drive automation and operational excellence to improve delivery speed, quality, and system stability .
