Please note that for this role Spanish & Portuguese (C2 / C1 or native) are required.

How you'll make an impact at Reonic

As a Product Specialist for the Spanish & Portuguese markets, you'll shape the future of Reonic by ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with our development team, you'll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and innovation in renewable technology.

What you will do

* You are the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish & Portuguese markets.
* Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
* Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.
* Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments.
* Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

You will be perfect for the role if you have

* Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
* A technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
* Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus).
* Motivated to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
