Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the compliance program for Spain, aligning local practices with Amplifon Group standards and regulatory requirements. You act as a trusted partner to the business, promoting integrity, transparency and accountability. You will strengthen the local framework, manage ethics and whistleblowing processes, and drive awareness and training across the organization. The position supports regulatory initiatives and continuous improvement to ensure compliant decision-making and governance within a blended working environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and continually improve the Spain Compliance Program aligned with group standards and local rules
- Implement global compliance initiatives locally
- Maintain and review policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Identify and monitor compliance risks across all business areas
- Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation actions
- Oversee ethics, conflicts of interest, gifts/hospitality, anti-bribery issues
- Manage Whistleblowing Program and investigate misconduct
- Design and execute compliance monitoring, audits and reviews
- Deliver training and raise awareness on compliance responsibilities
- Oversee due diligence for distributors, suppliers, consultants, and other third parties
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on implications
