We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven and passionate Sales Representative to manage the East Spain territory. The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer relationships and position Giro Cycling and Camelbak as leading brands in the region.
Sales Management
* Establish Giro Cycling and Camelbak as primary partners within the East Spain territory
* Develop existing accounts and secure new representation in specialized and lifestyle retail
* Drive Pre-Book, Re-Order and Clearance sales cycles
* Maximize revenue and profitability across assigned accounts
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned geographies
* Report opportunities, risks and support needs to the Country Manager
* Actively participate in sales meetings and provide market feedback
Dealer Management
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers
* Deliver seasonal merchandising presentations and product training sessions
* Manage order status and resolve delivery, stock or payment issues
* Execute seasonal campaigns, catalogs and in-season initiatives
* Identify and develop Shop-in-Shop opportunities in collaboration with Marketing
* Conduct regular account visits to drive revenue and strengthen brand execution
* Support key events and distributor initiatives within the territory
Market Management
* Act as brand ambassador at mountain bike races, events and industry gatherings
* Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategy
* Stay updated on product launches and category trends
* Identify new distribution opportunities within the territory
* Maintain consistent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Position requirements:
Qualifications:
* 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
* Experience working with independent bike shops and retail chains
* Strong presentation and customer service skills
* English level B1 minimum
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Basic Salesforce knowledge
* Availability to travel up to 80%
* Full driving license
