We are looking for a Communications & Event Manager to take our brand voice to new heights and lead the execution of high-impact corporate events worldwide.
As the Communications & Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies while managing a calendar of international trade shows. This dual role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and visual skills, brand awareness, and event-planning experience in a general B2B environment.
Communications (80%)
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with brand and business objectives.
- Write and oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, website content, speeches, executive communications and social media content.
- Manage corporate messaging across channels: digital, PR, internal communications and brand guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between media and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor brand presence and press coverage, and manage crisis communication if necessary.
- Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to ensure impactful storytelling and visual alignment.
Events (20%)
- Plan, coordinate and execute global trade shows, corporate events and speaking engagements.
- Manage all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design, guest lists and on-site execution.
- Support senior leadership in public speaking opportunities and event preparation.
- Maintain post-event reports, metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
