The manager will drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and work closely with local and global Category marketing and insights teams to build product and brand strategies. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/pulliGlobal Category Strategy Development: Lead the development and manage comprehensive global category strategies for specialist skin care and hair care, including, but not limited to, suncare, scalp health, atopic dermatitis, eczema, acne and psoriasis, aligning with business goals and RD objectives. /liliMarket Analysis and Insights: Collaborate closely with brand, medical, clinical and product development – operations teams to conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, unmet customer needs, opportunities, and competitive threats in the global dermatology landscape. /liliSupplier and Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, select, and manage strategic relationships with both internal and external partners such as in-house product development, contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers. /liliInnovation and Portfolio Growth: Drive innovation by championing the integration of new raw materials, advanced technologies, and delivery systems to enhance product efficacy and differentiation. /liliCross-functional Leadership Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including In-House Product Development, External Supply Organisation, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Clinical Innovation, Medical Affairs. /liliTechnical Project Management: Oversee and manage the development stages of product development project portfolio for the dermatology category, ensuring all agreed critical milestones are met /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQUALIFICATIONS /b /ppbr/pulliMinimum requirement - Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Cosmetic Science); a PhD or Masters in a relevant subject field is preferred. /lili10+ years of progressive experience in product development within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetic industry, with a strong focus on dermatology /liliProven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives and bringing new products to market. /liliDeep knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) processes, including skincare hair care ingredients, formulations, dermatological principles, clinical testing, and global cosmetic/pharmaceutical regulations. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders globally. /liliStrong project management skills. /liliExperience in managing supplier relationships and leading sourcing initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPREFERRED EXPERIENCE /b /ppbr/ppExperience in a global role, managing diverse teams and market needs. /ppFamiliarity with ESG (Environmental Social Governance) objectives in category strategies. /ppExperience with product launch in dermatology (e.g., dermoscosmetic). /ppProficiency in leveraging AI-generated insights and digital tools /ppbr/ppbSTADA Group /b promotes its diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic origin, disabilities, religion, ideology or sexual orientation.
