Responsibilities
Creation and monitoring of Sales orders (and for TGDD also purchase orders) in SAP.
Support all sales channels in the country.
Starts the complaint handling process (including debit / credit payments) and supports the central coordinator.
Support local sales force with information of customers.
Monitors and maintain prices, monitors account receivables.
Enforce application of standard or best practice processes in CSD area (OTC, QNS, ...).
Conduct process performance, initiation and follow up of corrective measures.
Support planning and fulfillment of customer requirements based on marketing guidelines.
Submit relevant market information to marketing / sales.
Interface between Order Fulfillment, transport management, customers and Sales Representatives.
Interface for all customer requests between sales, technical support and order fulfillment.
Requirements
Education in Commercial or Supply related grades.
Experience of 3-4 years in CSD for international companies.
Experience within order handling and fulfillment.
Understanding of Supply Chain Processes.
Understanding of Order to Cash Processes.
Depth knowledge of SAP SD.
Fluent in English (strong skill in conversation, additional languages optional).
Good analytical skills, communicative and ability to work in a team
