ABOUT YOU

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contribute to achieving our two main objectives: EFO & new model, with the consumer at the center of your focus.
* Implement the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate at the Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Utilize the Picture of Success approach to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, creating value.
SKILLS
* Proven track record in Commercial roles; field sales experience is preferred.
* Affinity with On Trade, Events, and Promotions.
* Strong organizational skills and independence.
* Effective communication and active listening skills.
* Team player mentality.
