Overview
Chion Window Field Marketing Manager
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing local partnerships, shows/events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation.
Responsibilities
1. Research, register, and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement efforts
2. Engage potential customers and schedule in home consultations with Chion Sales Representatives
3. Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires
4. Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Chion has recently completed home improvement projects
5. Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations
6. Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI
7. Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing
8. Manage and approve payroll entries and updates
9. Contribute content to social media and company culture efforts
10. Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement
11. Conduct performance reviews with the field marketing team
12. Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales
2. Associate degree in business management or related field
3. Prior experience in the construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Able to oversee budgets and develop reports
7. Ability to lead a team of field marketers
8. Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
9. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
10. Must hold a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle
11. Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
