The main purpose of this job is to become an Engineer Manager inside the Engineering Productivity department in the Tech Services division at Ocado Technology, under the Observability area. The Observability area's main mission is to provide a platform that enables Ocado employees to detect, react, understand, reduce, and recover from problems to reach operational excellence. It also enables Ocado employees to be fully aware of the behavior of their applications and how users interact with them, leading to insights that result in better decisions.
The role involves leading the Observability Team, a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, supporting and evolving the Observability platform of the OTP (Ocado Technology Platform) provided by the Engineering Productivity department.
