We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our Mobile Solutions team based in Madrid. The role involves ensuring the successful delivery of telecom solutions and services to clients, managing the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for telecom solution delivery.
Coordinate with clients to understand and meet project requirements.
Work with sales, R&D, operations, and support teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of services including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct meetings to review project status and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent experience.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a service delivery role within telecom.
Experience managing complex telecom solutions and services.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of telecom industry standards and regulations.
Experience with Microsoft Project Online is a plus.
PMP certification is highly valued.
