About the Role
Programmed Electrical Technologies is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities – Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to support seamless project delivery. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays. Support planning and scheduling to meet delivery milestones.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Provide clear, timely, and accurate updates to clients. Build strong relationships through reliable and transparent communication. Ensure expectations are managed effectively and outcomes consistently delivered. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow the business.
Operations Support
Manage incoming work requests and coordinate appropriate actions. Maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems. Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Financial & Performance Management
Assist with budget tracking and forecasting for project delivery. Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance reporting. Support continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Health, Safety & Compliance
