In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to not only teach English but also contribute to the overall development of our academy.
**Responsibilities**
- **Teaching**: Conducting English lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels, typically ages 8 and above, including adult classes and Cambridge exam preparation classes (B2 & C1).
- **Student Assessment**:Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to support their language development. Monitoring individual student performance and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Cultivating positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns and provide regular updates on student progress.
**Requirements**:
- Native-level proficiency in English (C2) (certification required).
- Experience in English language teaching, preferably in non-traditional or alternative educational settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation in education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Necessary Documents**
- EU passport OR all necessary visa requirements.
- NIE in card form.
- Social Security number.
- Certificate de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual.
**Other Information**
- **Contract**: Fijo Discontinuo with a break from August to September.
- **Schedule**:14:30-20:30 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday*), 13:30-20:30 (Thursdays). (*On Fridays, teachers are off at 19:30.)
- **Salary**: €1225 PCM (GROSS)
