Job Description:
**Your role**We seek a Brand Manager Trainee to join the Marketing Natural Specialty team and help us develop projects such as innovation & relaunch development or communication management collaborating with the trade marketing, NPD, and R&D team..**What you will do**Reporting to the Brand Manager Advance Diets, you will support the team working on projects such as support on Innovation projects & competitors/market analysis. The position involves the following tasks:
- Packaging & Innovation:
Co-lead the implementation of Product & Packaging changes working with design agencies and the packaging team.- Material generation:
Generate new marketing materials & brand assets.- Content creation:
Participate in briefing and approving marketing content such as social media updates, newsletter campaigns or blog article checks.- Market Research:
conduct research to generate competitor benchmarks & Brand performance & competitor tracking. This will include analyzing data and presenting your findings to the team.- Presentation support:
Actively participate in the preparation of internal meetings.- Administrative tasks:
Assist in the execution of the marketing plans and other duties and task related to a marketing department.**What are we looking for?**- You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong ownership and autonomy, and analytical skills.- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.- Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.- An excellent level of English and Spanish is a must, French or Italian would be a plus.- You can sign an internship agreement with your school.**What we offer**- The learning environment, working with international experts and experienced professionals to share and learn from.- We cultivate an open culture that embraces diversity and inclusion.
