Job Description
1. Requirements analysis.
2. Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
3. Provide effort estimations for projects.
4. Coordinate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
5. Analyze and improve application performance.
6. Collaborate with technology providers when required.
7. Validate solutions against functional requirements.
8. Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.
9. Generate functional documentation.
10. Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting.
2. Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
3. Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes.
4. Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.
5. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
6. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
