Your profile
Nice to have:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) for graphic design.
- Interest in photography and digital video for social media.
- Experience with communication and analytics tools (Metricool, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Passion for technology, innovation and European projects.
Education: Recently graduated in Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital communication, content creation, or community management (internships or junior roles included).
Language Skills: Advanced English (C1 level, required) – written and spoken, essential for content creation and engagement.
Digital Skills: Passion for digital communication and social media (especially LinkedIn). Basic skills in visual creation (Canva or similar) and simple video editing (CapCut, InShot, or mobile apps).
SEO basics: Understanding of basic SEO concepts (keywords, titles, linking) or willingness to learn.
Personal Attributes: Organised, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented and responsible, with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.
Your mission
- Create, edit and publish SEO-oriented content in English for Sploro, Cascade Funding, Kronis and European Projects (LinkedIn, websites, blogs, newsletters).
- Optimise content for SEO: apply basic keyword research, structure attractive titles and meta-descriptions, and ensure best practices for web and social platforms.
- Design visual assets using Canva or similar tools; edit photos and produce simple videos for social media (Stories, Reels, Posts).
- Manage and grow Sploro’s online community: schedule posts, monitor interactions, reply to comments and messages, especially on LinkedIn.
- Prepare, program and send newsletters in Hubspot for external audiences.
- Support digital and in-person event communications: prepare, share, and publish materials for InfoDays, webinars, and other events (digital and face-to-face).
- Help keep documentation and digital assets organised.
- Monitor and report digital metrics (LinkedIn, Metricool, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and share actionable insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends and best practices, proposing new ideas for continuous improvement.
