The Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance at customer sites and provides documentation to internal and external customers.
Job Details:
1. Direct territories: Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Baleares, Albacete, Castellón, Teruel.
2. Support in: Rest of Spain if needed.
3. Base location: Valencia or surroundings (the candidate needs to be based in cities with facilities to travel throughout the designated direct territory).

What you will do
5. Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
6. Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
7. Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
8. Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices
9. Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
10. Delivery of technical Training to internal & external
11. Perform Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
12. Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
13. Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
14. Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
15. Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
16. Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
17. Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
18. Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty
19. Scheduling of Customer visits in cooperation with Customer service
Your profile:
Educated to degree level in engineering medical electronics and camera technology or equivalent, at least one of the following:
20. Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software
21. Medical Physics
22. Technology Subjects
23. You speak fluently in Spanish and English
24. Adequate IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP & CRM)
25. Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
26. Up to 1 year experience in the hospital environment and health care work
27. IT experience on administrative and technical level
28. Experience and ability to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty
