Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the Treasury Department, specifically in the Transactional Treasury area within the General Economic-Financial Direction in Madrid, at our headquarters. This role involves supporting and overseeing the group's treasury processes, ensuring efficiency, risk mitigation, fraud control, and compliance with audit standards. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate the preparation of liquidity forecasts for the Group.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor internal control policies.
* Ensure compliance with Treasury regulations and update control policies as needed.
* Coordinate documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
* Analyze financial results from investments and debt products.
* Prepare and analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
* Maintain data integrity in cash reports by updating master data.
* Manage bank counterparties and monitor bank statements and incidents.
* Optimize banking pools and monitor banking fees globally.
* Support compliance activities within the Regulatory Compliance Evidence Framework.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, ADE, or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles; experience in financial institutions or multinational corporate audit is desirable.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level preferred).
* Knowledge of SAP and Integrity (FIS) is highly valued.
* Organized, capable of managing large amounts of information across multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset.
