IT Operations Manager – join Zurich Insurance at Zanzibar Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Support the Operations of the team ensuring the infrastructure runs smoothly and solve technical/administrative issues.
* Ensure application/infrastructure compliance with governance standards and policies.
* Support Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
* Handle external providers to ensure delivery and operation of the applications under the team scope.
* Support application monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
* Basic technical knowledge: Windows admin, Microsoft Azure, network, SQL.
* Experience in IT Operations/Service Delivery.
* Service Management Knowledge (e.G., ITIL).
* SNOW knowledge is a plus.
* JIRA/Confluence knowledge is a plus.
