Join us as a Regional Technical Sales Manager for Compression Service Projects and take the lead in driving technical sales and order capture for our advanced business in compression services.
You will develop and grow a qualified sales funnel, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to meet sales targets. Imagine preparing formal bids and integrated proposals while supporting contract negotiations alongside our regional commercial, legal, and finance teams.
You will also play a crucial role in harmonizing offerings and integrating localized content across multiple product lines, ensuring a seamless approach to our gas and steam turbine solutions. Your strategic insights will help shape our joint strategy with the Global CP M&U team, making a significant impact on our business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
9. You will develop and grow a qualified sales funnel to meet compression service sales targets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Lead the preparation of formal bids and integrated proposals, supporting contract negotiations with customers alongside our regional commercial, legal, and finance teams.
11. Support harmonization and integration activities of multiple product lines, particularly when implementing the One Train Approach with gas and steam turbines.
12. Manage regional cost modeling, including field service, project management, and locally procured parts, while overseeing the internal bid approval process.
13. Collaborate with the Global CP M&U team to develop a joint strategy that aligns with our business goals.
What You Bring
14. You hold a college degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or possess similar experience.
15. You have a proven track record in developing and driving sales projects to closure, including direct interactions with customers.
16. Your strong understanding of the market and business landscape enables you to conduct market, competition, risk, and life cycle cost analyses effectively.
17. You possess product knowledge of centrifugal compressors, enhancing your ability to engage with clients.
18. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills allow you to connect with both internal and external customers seamlessly.
