* Coordinate shifts, supervise performance, and ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
* Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Reservations, and F&B to ensure a seamless stay for every guest.
* Monitor performance indicators: Support the achievement of departmental KPIs, upselling targets, and guest satisfaction scores.
* Provide support to the Guest Experience and Welcome Team (Bell Team).
Proven experience in Front Office operations: Minimum of 2–3 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts, with supervisory or management experience.
* Ability to effectively manage teams while maintaining high service standards.
* Advanced knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, fluent English, and knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
