The role
To achieve sales targets defined within the established profitability framework through the management of Sales Reps, delivering the company's goals and commercial targets aligned with business and customer visions.
What you’ll do
* Define, develop, and execute strategies and plans for Sales Representatives in line with business requirements and customer visions.
* Collaborate with Business Sales Managers, KAMs, CCSD, and Marketing to ensure alignment with Category and Channel Plans.
* Ensure achievement of targets/KPIs related to volume, turnover, trade spend, and customer contribution.
* Develop sales through assortment management, innovation, pricing, promotions, POS materials, and shelf management.
* Build and maintain customer relationships, including joint business planning and top customer engagement to boost sales.
* Ensure compliance with company principles, policies, trade policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
* Foster career development, succession planning, and coaching for Sales Reps in an inclusive environment.
* Guarantee safety, health, and environmental standards are met.
* Require 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, managing pharma channels, and leading teams.
* Demonstrate success in challenging commercial roles with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; residence in Valencia/Alicante or nearby.
