SEEKING: Senior Service Now Technical ConsultantFor a major multinational company that is Global leader in its sector We are looking for a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant to drive innovation and optimisation across the global IT and business services landscape.As a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant, you will act as the functional and technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Service Now solutions across global operations.You will work closely with IT, Operations, HR, Finance, and Customer Service teams to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and support scalable, best-practice service management frameworks.RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :► Act as the functional and technical lead for Service Now implementations and enhancements.► Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.► Design and implement Service Now solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.► Develop custom applications and enhancements using scripting and platform development.► Maintain and optimise core Service Now modules including:ITSMITOMHAM (Hardware Asset Management)SAM (Software Asset Management)CSM (Customer Service Management)HRSD (HR Service Delivery)FSM (Field Service Management)► Support integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.► Prepare technical documentation and ensure governance standards are met.► Ensure effective communication and coordination between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.► Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal capability development.EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :● 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Service Now solutions.● Strong expertise in ITSM and at least one additional Service Now module (ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, or ERM).● Experience in enterprise or multinational environments (manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus).● Strong knowledge of integrations, data models, workflows, and process automation.● Proficiency in Java Script and Service Now scripting.● Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.● Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.● Experience delivering projects end-to-end under time and quality constraints.CERTIFICATIONS (Required) :● Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)● Service Now Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM● Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)● ITIL Certification(Project Management certification is considered an advantage.)STUDIES :● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.LANGUAGE :● Spanish● English- Professional Working Proficiency (B2/C1)OFFER CONDITIONS:
