We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Business Development Manager - Amazon Hub PARP (Pick up and Return Points) in Spain.
Amazon Hub PARP, including Amazon Lockers, are innovative delivery solutions. The Business Development Manager will develop the network of location providers suitable as partners for Lockers. Building long-lasting relationships with strategic partners across Portugal is essential for the program's expansion and for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Maximizing these relationships helps grow our business, expand Amazon's delivery network, and provide more convenience and selection to customers.
The role involves building out our network, negotiating terms, and closing deals with key partners in the commercial vertical. Internally, you will collaborate with functions across technology, marketing, transportation, and customer service to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own the Pickup location expansion in Portugal, building a pipeline of new partners.
2. Drive the Amazon Pickup Locations customer experience to deliver top-tier service and convenience.
3. Leverage your negotiation skills to work with internal and external stakeholders at the C-level.
4. Apply your experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B sectors.
5. Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) professionally.
