Pernod Ricard Spain is looking for a Consumer Insights Expert to join our Strategy & Insights team as a 6‑month maternity leave cover (mid‑April 2026 to mid‑October 2026).
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in consumer insights and a proven ability to design and execute market research that supports business strategy and informs marketing decision‑making.
This role requires a self‑starter, comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment, with strong foundations in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies (traditional and innovative), excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail, strong communication skills, business acumen and a service‑oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate does not need to be highly senior, but should bring a solid mid‑level understanding of consumer insights and, above all, the energy and attitude to support the team during a very busy period.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborating on the design and optimization of research projects
* Executing local research according to the established annual plan
* Coordinating projects across external agencies and internal stakeholders
* Managing relationships with research partners, ensuring quality, timing and budget discipline
* Measuring brand performance (e.G., pre‑post advertising tests, brand activations) and tracking brand equity
* Translating insights into clear analyses and actionable recommendations
* Communicating findings effectively within Marketing and other teams
* Actively contributing to the Strategy & Insights team agenda
* Helping to promote consumer centricity across the Pernod Ricard organization
Required Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Consumer Insights (agency experience valued)
* Strong experience in managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams
* Experience in the Alcoholic Beverages industry is a plus
* Knowledge of Pernod Ricard culture, values and brands is appreciated
