Someone who knows how to build stories that stick, from the field to the shelf. Together with Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing, you will drive the marketing of our vegetable crops. * Ask questions before giving answers,

This is where you make the difference
* You develop, activate, and optimize marketing campaigns with international impact.
* You manage our global social media channels and set up smart email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
* You are the project lead for PopUp: the open-field event in Murcia.
* You work with external agencies on local execution and safeguard brand consistency.
* You gather market insights, visit customers together with account managers, and translate input into action-oriented plans.
* You are the internal voice of marketing in Spain—via intranet, events, and employer branding.
These skills lay the foundation for growth
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in an international B2B environment.
* You are fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
* You have affinity with agri, horticulture, the vegetable industry, or retail.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems with a data-driven approach to marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, etc.).
* You have a strong digital mindset and an eye for visual impact.
* You are present at our Almeria location at least 3 days per week.
