We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Global Finance Controller (m/w/d)
, based in our office in Barcelona, who wants to contribute to the growth and success of our Company. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your role in BizAway
* Financial controlling: Ensure a smooth monthly and annual closing, consolidated and country level scenario, in accordance with financial standards (i.e.: local GAAP and IFRS)
* Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial and fiscal risk across different countries and business units
* Financial reporting and analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements, supporting CFO in Board Pack deliverable, Ad-hoc analysis
* Budget, forecast and analysis: Assist FP&A, business controlling, and treasury areas with information needed to perform Budget and Forecasting processes, including ad-hoc analysis required by management
* Team organization: Manage and develop a team in different countries
* Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
You have
* 8-10+ of total work experience, including consulting, auditing, and accounting in a Multinational company, with 3+ years' experience in a large, growing, technology-driven industry with an international footprint
* Advance working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data
* English proficiency
* Proven experience with ERP rollouts across countries (NetSuite will be a plus)
* Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and teamwork
* Hands-on and autonomous, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Advance accounting and finance knowledge
* Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
