A global manufacturer of pharma excipients is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow business across Iberia, Italy, Portugal, Spain, plus selected accounts in the Nordics and UK.
Role Overview
You will manage key customers and distributors, drive new business, and deliver revenue growth in a competitive, innovation-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow sales in assigned markets, meeting revenue and profit targets.
* Manage direct customer and distributor relationships.
* Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
* Represent the company at industry events and present to customers.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the territory.
Requirements
* Degree in pharmacy, health science, chemical engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years B2B pharmaceutical sales experience (excipients a plus).
* Proven international account/distributor management experience.
* Strong English skills; Southern European languages a plus.
* Willingness to travel ~50% across the region.
