You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with teams across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Supply.Why this role mattersAt Suntransfers, growth isn’t just about driving more traffic, it’s about trading smart, pricing effectively, and maximizing value across every route and destination.This role is central to that mission. You’ll take ownership of trading performance, lead pricing and margin initiatives, and help shape the commercial backbone of our ecommerce business. Your work will directly impact revenue and profitability, and help ensure we continue delivering great value to millions of travelers.Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in ecommerce trading or pricing.Skilled in working with large datasets using tools like Excel, Looker, or other BI platforms.Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Proactive, strategic, and excited by the opportunity to shape pricing and trading foundations from the ground up.Nice-to-HaveExperience with SKU / catalogue management and optimizing product listings.Hands-on experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) with digital product teams.1. Trading Performance & OptimizationOwn trading performance across all destinations, focusing on key metrics like ASP, conversion rate, and margin.Analyze sales and performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.Drive revenue through pricing, assortment, and operational improvements.Use automation and analytics tools to support performance optimization.Build and refine pricing strategies to improve margin across products and markets.Define tools and systems for scalable, dynamic pricing.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep us competitive.3. Reporting, Forecasting & InsightsCreate and manage dashboards and forecasts for senior stakeholders.Deliver clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.4. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Supply, CRM, and B2B to align pricing and trading strategies.Partner with CRM and digital teams on promotions and retention tactics.Ensure product and pricing accuracy in coordination with the Supply team.Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery.Act as a thought partner within the ecommerce and broader commercial teams.Promote a data-driven mindset across the business.This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact area of the business.
