As the company continues to expand internationally, it is seeking an Office Assistant/Runner to support the CEO and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Role mission:
The Office Assistant/Runner will provide high-level, fully confidential support to the CEO, acting as the main coordination point for both professional and personal matters. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic prioritization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs. The role is key to ensuring that the CEO?s time, communications, and commitments are managed efficiently and effectively.
Main responsibilities:
- Full management of the CEO?s professional and personal schedule, including internal and external meetings, private engagements, and social events.
- Anticipating and reorganizing priorities according to business needs.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and communications, both personal and professional.
- Supporting the organization of national and international business trips, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Receiving, inspecting, and tracking deliveries of products and materials.
- Providing support with personal matters when needed.
Requirements:
- Flexible hours available.
- Valid driver?s license and availability to perform occasional driving duties.
- Discretion, organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Residence in Palma de Mallorca.
- Willingness to cooperate, good disposition and good presence.
