Daily Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the online stores (Shopify+)
- Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experience
- Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIs
- Define, together with the management team, the site strategy by market and product category.
Website Optimization & Conversion
- Improve conversion rates through UX, content, and CRO experiments
- Manage seasonal promotions, offers, and product launches on the site
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and strong visual storytelling across all pages
Marketplaces Management
- Manage the brand's catalog across various marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, Tradeinn, Vepee, TikTok, etc.) and optimize sales in each channel.
Marketing & Growth
- Manage or coordinate performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with agencies or directly
- Develop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty)
- Track and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics
- Support influencer and content marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth integration with the store
Experience
At least 3 years in e-commerce or performance marketing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods, sports, beauty, or wellness
Language
Fluent English (C1 or above); Spanish is a plus
Technical Skills
- Shopify+ is a must
- Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Klaviyo or equivalent CRM system
- SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
- HTML/CSS/JS
Soft Skills
